Age: 10 years or older
Health: Good physical condition and ability to swim
Depth: Beginner dives up to 12m/40ft, with a maximum of 18m/60ft
Time Commitment: As little as 2–4 days, plus 5–10 hours of online learning

Step 2: In-Water Training
